Explain what you need (advice, an intro, a job referral, mentorship). Our AI reads your request and picks the 5 most relevant people in the community.
2. Help or refer
See other requests in the feed. You can respond by offering direct help or by referring someone from your network.
3. Earn Social Capital
When a help is completed, the helper earns +10 SC. Successful referrals earn +5 SC. Spend 20 SC to boost your own requests.
4. Build Trust Score
Complete your profile, receive positive ratings and stand out as a trusted member of the community.

Identity & privacy
Every member on JobForAll is a real, authenticated user. There are no anonymous messages or ghost profiles.
You create an account with email or Google. Your identity is tied to your session.
Add your name, photo, area, expertise and what you offer. This is what others see when you help.
When you reply to a request, a match is created and both sides see each other’s name, photo and profile link.
No anonymous messages: every chat message is stored with the sender’s real user ID, so you always know who is on the other side.
